Modern Elegance

Modern Elegance

The urban-chic influences and the quality of materials in furniture and accessories define the style in a modern-classic house in Filothei.

The main principles in decoration obviously are the elegance and the functionality. The residents wanted to decorate their space so as to provide calm and timelessness. With that in mind they came to a modern look, filtered with classic materials -like solid wood, velvet, fur and crystall- using the palette of white and black. Fendi Casa, Ralph Lauren Home, Baker and Poltrona Frau were considered as the ideal houses for that purpose, so they resorted to Avax for the furniture and the accessories.

In the living room, the crystal chandelier and the mirror -designed by Thomas Pheasant for Baker house- offer a combination of classic and modern.

In the dining room, the dominant piece is the art-déco dining table surrounded by armchairs from Ralph Lauren Ηome. From above, the mirror designed by Laura Kirar for Baker House creates a visual effect.

Perhaps even more impressive, the space of the kitchen offers a modern view. There, a quiet, romantic breakfast for two, a casual dinner with friends and of course the creative process of the preparation of food are upgraded in the light of Swarovski crystals pending from the chandelier signed by Fendi Casa. From the Italian house have been also selected both the chairs and the round table with the black, shiny finish. Black shiny lacquer is also the finish of Molteni & C / Dada kitchen, which completes the aesthetic harmony.

As for the office, the chair of Poltrona Frau in white quilted upholstery gives a light twist on the robust set with the leather office from Fendi Casa next to the functional whatnot from Baker.

In the bedroom, it has been given emphasis on clean lines translated by the minimal bed and the simple lighting from Fendi Casa.

In the bathroom the black and white colors create harmony and calmness.
